These are official US military issue desert camouflage pack covers. Originally designed to cover the ALICE LC-1/LC-2 OD and Woodland packs in the desert, these covers can fit over many different types of backpacks. The pack cover measures approximately 29.5" in diameter.
These also make great spare tire covers, or seat covers!
