These are genuine US military surplus M1950 trouser pant suspenders in OD green. Two hooks attach to the belt and the adjustable straps cross over the back for form an X. Made from elastic webbing. 

Item Condition

These suspenders have most likely been previously used and issued by the US military and are in overall very good condition.  They may show some slight signs of wear but the material, adjustable buckles, and hooks will all be in good working order.
