Romanian M73 Steel Helmet

This genuine issue Romanian M73 Steel Helmet features a steel pot construction, leather padding, and an adjustable chin strap. It was primarily used in the 1970s, but its design dates back to pre-WWII and was modeled after the Dutch M38 and is similar in appearance to the M34.  These helmets are used military surplus items still in very good condition, with each having its own unique character.  They weigh approximately 2.8 pounds.
