This is a genuine US military surplus M67 Grenade Pouch, the standard USMC issued grenade pouch as part of the Improved Load Bearing Equipment (ILBE) set of gear. This pouch features a plastic buckle closure and has a drain hole on the bottom. Two MOLLE straps on the back of this pouch allow it to be attached to any MOLLE/PALS compatible vest, belt, pack, etc.

These pouches were acquired from the US military and they appear to be brand new and unused items.
