This is a genuine US military surplus Insert for the Improved First Aid Kit Pouch (IFAK).  This insert is meant to hold and organize your first aid supplies inside the pouch, and can be quickly and easily removed from the pouch and expanded to access your supplies.

• New - These are still brand new, unissued items, many of which are still in the original packaging.
• Very Good - These will show minor signs of use possibly including writing, tape, or fading. The cord that is meant to attach this insert to the Improved First Aid Kit Pouch will may be missing, but that does not impact the functionality of this item.
