This is a genuine US military surplus Improved First Aid Kit Pouch (IFAK) in ACU Digital. This pouch measures approximately 7" (H) x 6" (W) x 4" (D) and features a plastic buckle fastener to secure the pouch closed. This pouch was designed to hold an insert (not included) that contains individual first aid kit supplies. This pouch features plastic stiffeners on each side to maintain the shape of the pouch even if it's not full. This would be a great general purpose utility pouch that can be added to any piece of MOLLE/PALS compatible gear.

These pouches are common because they were darn near indestructible compared to everything else with these uniforms. Very useful size for a lot of uses including it's intended one.
