This is a genuine USGI military surplus ILBE Hip Belt for the Marpat Main Pack, designed by Arc'Teryx and manufactured by Propper. The belts are size Medium, but they are adjustable and will fit most waist sizes up to about 46" comfortably.
These belts have been previously used and issued and will show some typical signs of use including scuffs, small rips, fading, etc. They are still fully functional.

I received my new ILBE hip belt shortly...
I received my new ILBE hip belt shortly after ordering, even during the Corona-virus pandemic. The belt was in excellent condition as if it was manufactured the day I ordered it.
