Shipping for Online Orders

Our warehouse is open and shipping orders out every business day (Monday through Friday), with the exception of all US Federal Holidays.  The post office is closed on these holidays, therefore we do not ship on these days.  We do not ship on weekends.

Showroom Hours

Our retail showroom in Centerville, OH is open on Monday evenings from 5:00-7:00pm.  When a US Holiday falls on a Monday, we will generally be closed on that day.  Please refer to the table below for the exact dates and confirmation of our holiday hours on these days.
