German Orig. Parka Liner

German Orig. surplus parka liner's, made of a 55% / 45% polyamide / polyester blend.  This is a padded/insulated liner for a German parka, but can also be worn as a standalone quilted jacket.  Features a strong 2-way front zipper, a large zippered chest pocket, elastic band with cord stopper, a high-closing rolled collar, and elastic banded cuffs.
