This is the Fox Roll Top Clear Dry Bag.  It's a waterproof dry bag that's made with clear PVC so you can see into the bag without opening it.  Features a roll top closure with webbing, plstic buckle, and a removable shoulder strap.  Made from super heavy duty 500D Waterproof PVC Mesh.  This bag has a 10 Liter / 610 Cubic Inch capacity and measures approximately 20" x 8".
