Waterproof, breathable U.S. Government Issue Parka. Part of the Extended Cold Weather System with two-way non-freezing zipper, snap down storm flaps, oversized hood and Velcro cuffs. Inside snow skirt, Velcro front pockets and hidden breast pocket. Two exterior pockets and zippered underarm vent. Used as an extra layer for extreme cold weather. Goes great with the G.I. Issue Polartec Liner.
