Button tabs down the front, cuffs and neck mate with the desert night parka shell, and stitched slot windows keep the shell’s pass-through pockets fully accessible. Pack one as a stand-alone bivy layer or snap it in before the next Gulf-era reenactment—stock on new liners is drying up fast.
