This is a genuine US military issue Drop Leg Gas Mask Bag/Carrier in black, also known as a US Military Tactical Training Bag. This drop leg gas mask bag is made of heavy duty nylon. A large main compartment has two buckles as well as velcro for closure, and a smaller side pocket features a velco closure. This bag can be worn any of 3 ways: on your hip, on your pistol belt, or over the shoulder. This bag also has a drain grommet in the bottom. The integrated leg straps can be used to wear around your leg or to attach this bag to another pack.

Not military issue.
Though this is a decently made back, and a great alternative to the massively overpriced "Blackhawk!" version, this is not US military issue. Thats abundantly clear by the big "Made in China" tag inside. Other than that, it seems decently stitched, and okay-ish material with all metal furniture.
