Broke immediately
Even with trying to use the outer hole on the bottom metal strap, the straps on both sides were too short to let the chair unfold into the setup position. The rivet at the bottom of the webbing strap immediately broke when I got it latched. I could probably fix this, but I should not have to bother fixing a brand new chair.
