This is a genuine US military surplus Individual First Aid Kit Pouch (IFAK) in Coyote Brown. This pouch measures approximately 7" (H) x 6" (W) x 3" (D) and features a plastic buckle fastener to secure the pouch closed. This pouch was designed to hold an insert (not included) that contains individual first aid kit supplies. This pouch features a divider inside the pouch to keep your different items organized. This would be a great general purpose utility pouch that can be added to any piece of MOLLE/PALS compatible gear.
