This is a genuine US military surplus Ground Illumination Flare Single Pop-Up Pouch in Coyote Brown, manufactured by Specter Gear. This pouch is compatible with all MOLLE/PALS webbing systems and was designed to hold one military ground illumination flare. This pouch will hold 2 Orion 15 minute road flares, or it could also hold flashlights, paracord, or even some folding saws.

The pouch I ordered showed up in excellent...
The pouch I ordered showed up in excellent shape with zero issues. I used it to attach a deer hunting grunt tube to my Molle compatible hunting pack so I can have it quickly and easily accessible but out of my way when getting to location and not lost randomly in my pack to dig out when needed. Random use for it but works out great for me.
